Eikelboom Family

Opa Eikelboom died in 1975. I remember being told of his death late in the evening whilst I was in bed in the caravan in Brian Street, Armadale. Oom Jan came by to tell Dad and Mum, but they must have been away. It was some time before June, because we moved to Fifth Road around then - the house in Brian Street was too small.
Opa was buried in Selwerderhof, just north of the Groningen ring road (see map below).



I recognise Oom Jan Sikkens (centre) with Oom Jan Medema in front of him, and Oma just to his right with the blue bag. Tante Hilly is to the right. It's possible that Oom Elco and his daughter Karin (with the glasses) is just to the right of the minister.
